Schedule
Relief Managers Fee
The Services fee as at 1st January 2009 is set as follows:-
Either
$275.00 per placement (inclusive of GST)
Or
Five per cent (5%), plus GST, of the total payment made to the
“Relief Managers” during the period of their relief,
whichever is the
greater.
The Consultant retains the right to review the Services fee from
time to time.
The Client will be notified of any change to the fee. Payment is
made as follows:
The initial payment of $220.00 shall be made when the relief managers
commence their contract. Any additional payment, if applicable,
shall be
paid on completion of the relief contract.
Permanent Placement Fee
Either
Minimum Fee of $550.00 (inclusive of GST)
Or
Calculated as a percentage of the Managers’ gross equivalent
annualized remuneration package which will include base salary as
well as any other benefits to the Managers. Where the value of
annualized commencing remuneration is not readily ascertainable
it
will be calculated as a multiple of thirty-eight (38) times the
hourly
charge at which the Managers were employed. |
