Questionnaire for relief/permanent managers

The purpose of this is to gather feedback on the park itself and the job.
Please remember that we need an objective report to ensure that the
information provided by the park operators was accurate and not
embellished.
If the job included additional tasks that were not included in the details,
that were extraordinary (that is not normal every day tasks that would occur
on the majority of parks) please make sure that you include this information.

Were you able to provide a high level of customer service using the
information provided by the park operators eg tourism information and tour
bookings (if applicable)? Did this area meet your expectations from the
information provided by the park operators?

Were the staff happy working with you and was all the normal work
completed as required? Were there any staffing problems and if so, how did
you deal with them? Did you get good co-operation from the staff?

Repairs, maintenance and grounds
Was all the equipment in good working order, and was the right equipment
available to do the work required? Were you expected to do additional tasks
that had not been included in the job information, if so what and why?

Were you able to meet the deadlines for bookings, banking etc?
Were you given sufficient information to undertake the jobs required.
Was the office well stocked with stationary and all items required
to complete the tasks?

Did you have to undertake any cleaning outside that included in the
original agreement? If the park employs cleaners were there sufficient to
meet the needs or was it a constant struggle to get there.
